The second leg of the MGM Borgata Pacing Series for free-for-allers was conducted on a rain-soaked and sloppy MGM Yonkers Raceway on Monday night (March 27), and Idealsomemagic A and Tattoo Artist shared top honors on the program by each turning in a 1:51.2 mile in their respective $50,000 tests. The other divisions went to Lochinvar Art A and Jimmy Freight.

Bettor’s Western the Champion in Game Of Claims Series
Bettor’s Western had been racing from behind as his form sharpened during his Game Of Claims series action for $7,500 base-tag horse, but when he went for $15,000 in his GOC Championship Monday (March 27) afternoon at Pocono Downs at Mohegan Pennsylvania, George Napolitano Jr. took him to the front and authored a 1:53.3 victory.
OHHA Executive Director receives USTA President’s Award

Kyle Swift honored at Buffalo Raceway
A lot of youth today at age 17 aren’t totally committed to their future plans and endeavors as life progresses. One exception is Kyle Swift. This 17 year old is laser focused and has begun taking on plenty of responsibilities in preparation for his future goals and plans in harness racing. His tireless devotion and hard work in his mother’s barn, the Swift Racing Stable, earned him the Buffalo Raceway March Horseman of the Month Award sponsored by JP Fitzgerald’s.
