According to Thoroughbred Daily News, on Tuesday (Jan. 6), a federal court ruled in favor of Twinspires in a lawsuit against the state of Michigan that eliminates the requirement for the Churchill Downs, Inc. ADW to partner with a racetrack in the state to do business in Michigan.
