Rochester Mills, PA — There will be a very important meeting of the Pennsylvania Fair Harness Horsemen this Sunday, April 5, at the Dayton Fairgrounds Bingo Building at 2:00 p.m.

Items to be discussed include how this year’s races will be funded, the starter and starting car, and health paper information.
