The Pennsylvania Harness Horsemen’s Association (PHHA) would like to remind horsemen that the 2024 James Manderino Scholarship application deadline is approaching on Friday, Dec. 13.
All scholarship packages must be received at the PHHA Harrah’s Philadelphia office on more before this date.
