New Port Richey, FL — The Quaker State Fair circuit will again be racing at 14 Pennsylvania fairs in 2016.

Two- and 3-year-old trotters and pacers which are Pennsylvania sired or wholly owed by Pennsylvania residents can be made eligible with a March 15 payment of $50 and a May 15 payment of $50.
