Sacramento, CA – A total of 88 horses have been entered for Saturday’s (Dec. 6) qualifiers as the Friday, Dec. 13 opening night approaches for the winter/spring Cal Expo harness meet.

The qualifiers will begin at 11:30 a.m. pacific time and will be broadcast live on Roberts Television Network (RTN) and streamed at calxharness.com.
There will be 39 nights of racing under the Watch and Wager LLC banner.
The first two weeks will see Friday racing only with a 6:45 p.m. first post, with Saturday’s being added on Dec. 28 with a 6:30 p.m. starting time.
A total of $420,000 in California Sire Stakes purses and $230,000 in late-closing events highlight the schedule that runs through May 2.
