Fowlerville, MI — The 2 Titans Racing Stable and the Fowlerville Horsemen are hosting qualifying and gate training day on Sunday (June 22).
The event will begin at 1 p.m. at the Fowlerville Fairgrounds.
All horses must enter on Thursday (June 19) by calling the fair office (517.223.8186) or Claudia Cary-Davidson’s cell (517.294.0003) between 9-11 a.m. (EDT).
Qualifying horses will go first and gate training to follow. Five horses on the gate. Stalls are available on a first-come basis (no straw please). Gate training colts will be classified by age, speed, and gait for schooling.
The Fowlerville Horsemen committee will offer hot dogs and brats for a picnic. Please bring a dish to pass if you can. Everyone will be welcome for lunch.
Please note the following rules: 1. Only licensed drivers and trainers on the track; 2. Race bikes only for schooling horses; 3. Drivers must be in colors; 4. Eligibility papers and Coggins required for qualifying horses.
