Dover, OH — The races at the Tuscarawas County Fair in Dover (OH) for Saturday (Sept. 21) have been postponed until 12 noon on Sunday (Sept. 22).

Saturday’s card will start at 12 noon on Sunday, to be followed immediately by Sunday’s races.
