Sams Treasure was a narrow winner in the Sunday feature at Dover.

With Ron Pierce in the bike, Tom Ceraso and Foulk Stables’ Sams Treasure overtook race favorite Bryson Seelster (Corey Callahan) on the way to his third win of the meet in the featured race. The victory was the second straight for the Three Olives-Highscape 4-year-old trained by John Cabot. Cookie Money (Ron Pierce) was runner-up with Circle Of Trust (Jim Morand) third.

Reuben King’s The Shoe Fits stormed down the lane to win the second $14,000 pace for young females. Vic Kirby was the winning reinsman, handling the Misfit-Troubles No Angel 4-year-old. One Last Kiss (Tim Curtin) and Imperial Flower (Tony Morgan) were second and third, respectively.
