Rose Run Whitney trailed by 3-1/2 lengths out of the final turn when Jim Pantaleano asked her for trot. She rolled past the leader, Mission Voyage, and defeated him by a head in a career-best 1:54.2 over a “good” surface. Keystone Chaos finished third.
