Fort Washington, MD – Due to the continued effects of Winter Storm Fern on the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, Rosecroft Raceway has abandoned its harness racing program scheduled for Wednesday (Jan. 28).
Live racing at Rosecroft will resume Thursday (Jan. 29); first post for the 13-race program is 7:15 p.m. (EST).
