Fort Washington, MD — Due to high winds affecting the navigability of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, and out of consideration for horsepeople based on the Eastern Shore of Maryland to ship to the track safely, first post time for Wednesday’s (March 5) harness racing program at Rosecroft Raceway has been delayed to 8:30 p.m. (EST).
