Royalty For Life makes big gain in Poll

Freehold, NJ — Royalty For Life’s winning performance in the Hambletonian was majestic enough for the 3-year-old colt to reign as the big winner in this week’s Hambletonian Society/Breeders Crown poll. Royalty For Life gained 214 points and vaulted into the Top 10, landing at No. 4.
The top three horses remained unchanged, with idle Captaintreacherous at No. 1 followed by Bee A Magician and I Luv The Nitelife. Bee A Magician, who won the Hambletonian Oaks, added four first-place votes to her total and moved within 19 points of the top position.
Also joining the Top 10 this week were John Cashman Jr. Memorial winner Sevruga and Peter Haughton Memorial winner Father Patrick.
Pet Rock, Foiled Again and Wishing Stone dropped out of the Top 10.
