Columbus, OH — Just a friendly reminder that Eldorado Scioto Downs will be dark for live racing on Friday, July 22 as a Clay Walker concert will take place on the track, but we will be right back at it on Saturday Evening, July 23 with a first Post Time of 6:30 p.m.

Saturday’s 14-race card will be highlighted by race seven’s Open I Pace. A field of ten will do battle for a purse of $25,000. Gallipolis will be bidding for his fourth consecutive victory against the top pacers on the grounds. The 4-year-old is trained by Eldorado Scioto Downs Leading Trainer, Virgil Morgan, Jr. and will be piloted once again by Josh Sutton.

Next week, The Downs will revert to a regular racing schedule of matinee action on Tuesday, with a first post of 2 p.m. EST, followed by evening action on Wednesday thru Saturday with a first post time of 6:30 p.m. EST.
