Columbus, OH — Scioto Downs will schedule a “preview of coming attractions” on Friday morning (April 24) when it hosts 14 qualifying races with 102 horses in action. The track’s 2009 meet opens on May 8.

There will be nine pacing events and five races for trotters. Many 3-year-olds will be qualifying in preparation for the 2009 stakes season. Post time is 10:30 a.m.

Scioto will also conduct qualifying races on May 1 and May 6.
