Easton, MD – Shaun Christopher Callahan of Cordova, MD passed away suddenly at his home on April 6, 2026. He was 44 years old.
Shaun was born in Easton, MD on April 22, 1981, to Nicholas Ira Callahan and Dolly Milby Callahan. After graduating Easton high school, Shaun continued his education at Towson University and then went on to the University of Kentucky to play hockey with his older brother Corey. His passion for the farm drove his career and led him to train and care for horses with his mother, father, and great friend Frank Gannon.
Shaun is survived by his parents, Nick and Dolly Callahan; brothers, Corey Callahan (wife -Joanna) and Aaron Callahan (wife – Laura); children, Zach Amiss (fiancé Molly), Emerson Amiss, and Makenna Pinske (husband – Carter); several nieces and nephews, Taylor, Ceira, Jackson, Ella, Blakely, Adeline, Weston, Laine, Sloane, and Madison; and two grandchildren, Callum and Worth.
A memorial mass will be held on Friday April 24th starting at 1pm at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Easton, MD.
