Freehold, NJ — There are still spots left in a USTA-sponsored teleconference for those who would like to learn more about setting up commercial fractional owner partnerships. It will be held Friday (July 8) at 1 p.m. (EDT).

The first part of the seminar was held on June 28 and covered legal and tax aspects of the process, with attorney Chris Wittstruck.

The July 8 event speaker will be Bob Hutt of Fantasy Lane Stable (www.fantasylanestable.com), which specializes in Thoroughbred partnerships. Hutt will speak about development of a business plan, marketing and operational issues for multiple single horse stables owned by dozens of people.
