Chesapeake City, MD Winbak Farm of Ontario has announced that the stallions on its 2012 roster have all arrived.

Winbak Farm will be standing 11 stallions in 2012, including five millionaires. We will welcome two new stallions to the lineup this year, along with three pacing stallions returning from the southern hemisphere.

The first of the two new stallions to arrive was Vintage Master p,2, Q1:57.4; 3,1:49.2f; 4,1:48.1f ($2,162,979). His harness was hung up for the last time after his bid in the Presidential Final and he is now ready to begin the next chapter of his life. He will be the fastest and richest son of Western Ideal to stand in Ontario.

Winbak Farm of Ontario is also welcoming the leading pacing sire in North America for 3-year-olds and all-aged horses, Bettor’s Delight p,2,1:51.3; 3,1:49.4; 1:51.4h ($2,581,461). Last year he stood at Blue Chip Farms of New York and in the southern hemisphere. He is already the sire of six millionaires. Bettor’s Delight is the only stallion to have sired two of 2011’s Breeders Crown champions, Betterthancheddar and Bettor Sweet. He is also the sire of 2011 and 2010 Dan Patch Award winner See You At Peelers.

Three returning pacing stallions — Badlands Hanover, Art Colony and Shadow Play — have also safely returned from their breeding seasons down under.
