Standardbred classes at Maine Horse Show

Columbus, OH — Happy Hoofbeats 4-H Club will be hosting an open pleasure and fun show on Sunday (May 5).

There will be a Standardbred class series, which includes a day end award, sponsored by Nonni Hilchey Daly.

The show will be held at the Cumberland Fairgrounds in Cumberland, Maine, and is scheduled to start at 9 a.m. There will be raffles and concessions on the grounds.

Since 1996, the Standardbred Equine Program has worked with off-the-track Standardbreds and their owners to educate the general public about the many disciplines at which Standardbreds excel once they are retired from racing.
