Mississauga, ON — The early bird deadline for the 2009 Standardbred Wagering Conference is this Friday, March 27.

The discounted delegate fee of C$375, which includes evening events, meals and conference sessions, will only be available up to that date.

The 2009 Standardbred Wagering Conference will take place at the newly renovated Caesars Windsor from April 28–29. It is open to industry stakeholders, horseplayers and anybody with an interest in North American harness racing.

This year’s conference, to be held on the Canada/US border, will have content geared toward stakeholders in both Canada and the United States. The theme is “driving innovation.”

We expect lively and powerful discussion, and we’re very hopeful you and your team will be able to attend. The conference will be held in conjunction with the Canadian Gaming Summit and will focus exclusively on Standardbred racing and wagering.

Standardbred Canada is currently working on the agenda and will continue to be updating it in the weeks ahead and leading up to the conference.
