Lexington, KY – The iconic Breyer Horse brand celebrates its 75th anniversary this month, and Ohio Standardbreds and Friends is proud to once again participate in the festivities at BreyerFest, held July 11–13 at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington.
A group of 14 Standardbreds, 10 pacers and four trotters, will showcase the incredible versatility of the breed in a series of demonstrations throughout the weekend. The demonstrations will highlight a variety of disciplines including dressage, Western, English, trail, and pleasure driving.
Scheduled performances will take place on:
Friday at 11:35 a.m.
Saturday at 11:10 a.m.
Sunday at 1:30 p.m.
In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to meet the horses and their riders/drivers in Barns 5 and 6, where they’ll be available for visits, questions and photos each day of the event.
Ohio Standardbreds and Friends is dedicated to promoting the Standardbred breed both during and after their racing careers. Its mission is to raise awareness about the breed’s remarkable temperament and adaptability, showcasing its capabilities beyond the racetrack. Whether it’s in the show ring, on the trail, or as a trusted companion, Standardbreds continue to prove they can do it all.
