In July, it was announced that legislation was updated to allow all New York Sired horses to be eligible to compete at every level of the New York Sire Stakes program. This update allows each Winbak-Bred yearling sired by a New York Stallion to be eligible to New York Sire Stakes, Excelsior Series and the County Fairs.

The 2024 Goshen Yearling Sale will be held at 12 noon on Monday, Sept. 9, at the Mark Ford Training Center, in Middletown, N.Y., and the roster of yearlings being offered this year are currently being looked over by many interested parties in person, on video and in the catalog.
