Virgil Morgan Jr. trainee Women Layer completed a full sweep of Kentucky Sire Stakes (KYSS) action at Oak Grove, winning in every prelim of both series as well as in both finals when he capped the second series with a 1:49.2 stroll in the $150,000 final for 4-year-old male pacers on Tuesday (June 24) to remain unbeaten through seven starts this season.

Due to the extensive heat wave that will cover the southern portion of Kentucky, the Kentucky Horse Racing and Gaming Corporation and Oak Grove have made the agreed upon decision to move post time for Monday and Tuesday’s (June 23-24) Kentucky Sire Stakes events to 9 a.m. (CDT) for both days.
