Due to heavy snow in the Washington, D.C., area and the Eastern Shore of Maryland, and out of consideration for the safety of horsepeople shipping in to race, Rosecroft Raceway has postponed its Monday (Feb. 23) harness racing program to Wednesday (Feb. 25).
