Columbus, OH — Terry Lee Kibler, 60, of Woodstock, Va., died Nov. 26, 2018, at his home.

Mr. Kibler was the speed superintendent at the Shenandoah County Fair where he helped to run various aspects of the harness racing program.

Mr. Kibler was also an avid lover and owner of Standardbred racehorses racing primarily in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia.

According to the Virginia Harness Horsemen’s Association, arrangements for Mr. Kibler are visitation at Valley Funeral Service in Edinburg, Va., on Friday (Nov. 30) from 6-8 p.m. and a graveside service will be held on Saturday (Dec. 1) at 2 p.m. at Masanutten Cemetery.
