Nichols, NY — Tioga Downs welcomed two $52,500 divisions of the New York Sire Stakes (NYSS) for sophomore pacing fillies on Sunday (June 1).
The Last Martini (Jason Bartlett) captured the first division of the NYSS.
The Last Martini ($2.20) got the lead just before hitting the quarter first in :27.4. She used a :28.2 second quarter and led to the half in :56.1. She cruised to three-quarters in 1:24.2.

As they reached the stretch second place finisher Fashion Terror (Braxten Boyd) gave it everything she had but couldn’t get close to The Last Martini who won in 1:51.4. Fansville (Yannick Gingras) finished third.
The Last Martini is a 3-year-old filly by Huntsville. She is owned by Glenview Livestock LTD., and trained by Jared Bako. She is now one for one in 2025. It was her fifth career victory.
Shes A Streaker (Yannick Gingras) takes the second division of the NYSS.
Send It Down Slim (Mark MacDonald) was first to the quarter in :27. Shes A Streaker ($2.40) took over the lead with just over a lap to go and led to the half in :55.3. Hurrikane Marigold (Jason Bartlett) was first to make a move going first-over down the backstretch but never got close to Shes A Streaker. She was first to three-quarter in 1:23.4.

As they reached the stretch Shes A Streaker won easily in a lifetime best of 1:51.4. Send It Down slim was second best. Strutsville (Ridge Warren) finished third.
Shes A Streaker is a 3-year-old filly by Huntsville. She is trained by Ron Burke for owners Burke Racing, Knox Services, Frank Baldachino, J&T Silva-Purnell & Libby. It was her second win this season. She now has three career victories.
Tioga Downs returns to live racing on Friday (June 5) with a post time of 6:15 p.m.
