Nichols, NY — Horsemen are advised that Tioga Downs racing applications are due to the race office by Tuesday (March 15), regardless of whether a trainer seeks stalls on the grounds or intends to stable off-track.

Trainers in good standing with the Southern Tier Harness Horsemen’s Association are reminded of the stabling incentive their horses can earn throughout the season if based on-track or at an approved local training facility.

Sustaining payments for stakes and early-closing events administered by Tioga Downs and all nominations for Tioga Downs late-closing events are also due to the Tioga Downs race office postmarked no later than March 15.
