Nichols, NY — Tioga Downs plays host to a $108,200 leg of the New York Sire Stakes for 2-year-old pacing fillies on Sunday (July 21).

Unbeaten Cowgirl Hanover (Jason Bartlett) will be the one to beat. The Huntsville-Code One Hanover filly is trained by Jared Bako. She has won all three of her starts as she registered NYSS wins at Yonkers, Monticello, and Buffalo. She has already earned $116,150 in her young career.

Her toughest competition appears to be the Ray Schnittker trained Send It Down Slim (Mark MacDonald). The Huntsville-Rockinsangria miss has two NYSS wins in three starts. She got her wins at Yonkers and Buffalo. She has banked $75,256 this season.
