Unique Beach completes Morel Series sweep

Saratoga Springs, NY — Unique Beach continued his recent dominance at Saratoga Casino Hotel when he completed a sweep of the J.P. Morel Memorial Pacing Series with a 1:54 win in Tuesday afternoon’s (May 25) $32,200 final.

The 4-year-old son of Somebeachsomewhere had his way on the engine before cruising to a 3-1/2 length romp — his fifth consecutive win at the Spa — while in line to Wally Hennessey. Gary Levine trainees rounded out the top three, as Furious Beach (Shawn Gray) closed up the rail for second and King Street (Billy Dobson) finished third.
