Columbus, OH — The USTA wishes to send special congratulations to David De Lisle of Bedford, N.H., for winning the contest for USTA members only. His prize for simply filling out a form is a 1950’s vintage black and white harness racing photo.

The next Members’ Closet Drawing will take place January 30, 2009 and will feature a color photograph of Esquire Spur with Dick Stillings driving at The Red Mile in Lexington, Kentucky.
