Columbus, OH – The United States Trotting Association (USTA) will host a two-day, 16-hour Continuing Education (CE) seminar for accredited racing officials on Sunday, Nov. 16, and Monday, Nov. 17, at Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway in Dayton, Ohio. The program will begin at 9 a.m. on Sunday and conclude Monday afternoon.
This CE seminar is designed for individuals who have completed the Racing Officials Accreditation Program (ROAP) full 60-hour school. Advance reservations are required by Friday, Nov. 1, and can be made by contacting Michele Kopiec at michele.kopiec@ustrotting.com.
There is no charge for current ROAP-accredited harness officials who are also current USTA members or licensees. All other participants are welcome at a registration fee of $125, payable at the time of registration.
Attendees are responsible for their own lodging and meals. Information on local accommodations can be found at Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway. Details on the seminar’s focus areas can be reviewed via the ROAP Continuing Education Points of Emphasis.
