Vernon, NY — Horsemen are advised that entries for both the Friday (Sept. 18) and Saturday (Sept. 19) programs at Vernon Downs will be taken until Tuesday (Sept. 15) morning at 9 a.m.

Friday evening’s card features New York Sire Stakes and Excelsior events for 2-year-old trotting colts, while Saturday’s program includes the Excelsior A finals and New York Sire Stakes consolations for all four 3-year-old divisions.

While the Sire Stakes consolation races have already closed, horsemen are still welcome to contact the race office or the stewards to confirm drivers in advance of the customary scratch time.

Post time for both cards is slated for 6:45 p.m. (EDT).
