Wallis, Piroski cleared of race-fixing charges

According to a report on windsorstar.com, the Ontario Racing Commission has cleared drivers Kevin Wallis and Gene Piroski, who were implicated nearly a year ago in a race-fixing scandal said to have involved Windsor Raceway as well as tracks in Michigan, of all charges.

The charges were dropped due to a lack of evidence presented by the prosecution.
