Briarcliff Manor, NY — Preferred Equine Marketing’s David Reid, syndicate manager for world champion Walner, announced that his 2025 service fee will increase to $50,000.
Already the sire of six millionaires from his first three crops to race, Walner’s offspring continued to shine in 2024, including International Trot winner Jiggy Jog S ($3,100,467), Older Horse Breeders Crown winner Winner’s Bet ($1,307,221), Hambletonian Oaks winner Warrawee Michelle ($942,875), and Canadian Trotting Classic winner Amazing Catch ($870,830).
The leading all-aged sire in 2023 and currently the second all-aged sire for 2024 with just 378 registered foals, Walner’s yearlings averaged $175,216 in last month’s Lexington Selected Yearling Sale, including the highest priced trotting filly ever to be sold, Rani Hanover, selling for $925,000 to Ken Jacobs.
