Campbellville, ON — Apprentice Hanover, a top Pepsi North America Cup contender, is ready to begin his sophomore campaign for trainer Ben Wallace.

The highly-regarded son of Somebeachsomewhere posted a pair of qualifier efforts to start his 2013 season. His most recent qualifier occurred this past Wednesday at Mohawk as he stopped the timer first in an impressive 1:51.2.

The five-time winner has banked $266,998 in his career along with a 1:49.4 lifetime best for owner Brad Grant.

Jody Jamieson has been the regular pilot behind Apprentice Hanover, who will be pointed towards the $1 million Pepsi North America Cup on June 15 at Mohawk.
