Yonkers, NY — Yonkers Raceway has made a change to its live racing schedule.

The card of Friday (Aug. 16) has been eliminated, replaced by Friday (Oct. 11) with the usual first post of 6:50 p.m.

The cancellation is to accommodate a Kool & the Gang concert taking place on the track apron.

The schedule amendments have been approved by the New York State Gaming Commission.
