Columbus MN — One sharp and lucky player was able to solve the 20-cent Pick-5 Jackpot sequence on Tuesday night (Aug. 29) at Running Aces to collect a hefty payout of $17,669.40.

The sequence started off with a 14-1 winner (Stuckey Dote, Rick Magee) in race five and then saw subsequent winners of 6-5 (Shelter In Pace, Todd Warren) and 9-5 (American Dreamer, Warren) before two more longshot winners came along in the final two races, including Ynotthishos (Rick Magee, 18-1) and Super Mac (Dean Magee, 8-1).

In addition to the Jackpot payout in the Pick-5, all of the late multi-race wagers payed handsomely as well.

The 50-cent Late Pick-4 returned $1,155.00, while the 50-cent Pick-3 return was $288.40 and the 50-cent Late Double gave back $149.25.

The Hi-5 wager in race nine had no winners which resulted in a carryover of $844.67 for Thursday’s race four Hi-5 offering.
