Lexington, KY – The Kentucky Horse Racing Commission and Kentucky Proud Series on Friday (May 26) made the following announcement regarding the requirements for participants in the 2023 Series.

Horses shipping in for KY Proud Series Harness Racing at county fair events must have a current Coggins and Health Certificate.

All individuals (owners, trainers, drivers and stable employees) must be licensed by the KHRC at the time of racing.

Owners must have a current W-9 form on file with the KHRC office to receive purse checks.
