The resident mare program that allows foals to have dual eligibility with stake programs in other states, has grown exponentially with the support of the Massachusetts Race Horse Development Fund and has produced the best performing Standardbreds ever bred in the commonwealth over the long and storied history of the sport there.

Twin B Joe Fresh engaged in a vicious battle with nemesis Strong Poison to capture her respective division of the series conducted for 3-year-old pacing fillies on Sunday (Sept. 10) to collect her fifth consecutive triumph to become the sport’s newest millionaire at Red Mile in 1:49.1.

McArdle, 24, dies
