Grove City, OH – The Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association (OHHA) will kick off the final day of “Five Days in Delaware” on Thursday morning (Sept. 18), with the Speaker Series featuring a handicapping session followed by a conversation with Little Brown Jug legends.
Presented by Wire to Wire Wealth, the Speaker Series is a half-hour interview show hosted by OHHA Public Relations and Outreach Assistant Ashley Dailey. Held live in the OHHA hospitality tent next to the log cabin at the Delaware County Fairgrounds, the show will also be live streamed on the OHHA YouTube channel.
The handicapping session begins at 8:30 a.m. and will feature special guests Roger Huston, Gabe Prewitt, and Wendy Ross.
Afterwards, at 9:30 a.m., the show will feature past Little Brown Jug-winning trainers Kelly O’Donnell (P Forty Seven, 2005) and Ron Potter (Big Bad John, 2011) as well as five-time winning driver David Miller.
The OHHA will kick off Thursday’s 20-race card with Countdown to Post Time, presented by the North American Standardbred Mixed Sale, at 10:45 a.m. The first post time for Thursday is scheduled for 11 a.m. The card is highlighted by two $50,000 Little Brown Jug eliminations leading up to the $500,000 Little Brown Jug final and also includes the $103,500 Old Oaken Bucket and $81,400 Buckette, and the $95,000 Ms. Versatility final.
