Saratoga Springs, NY – On Sunday, Dec. 14, Saratoga Casino Hotel will host a retirement ceremony for 14-year-old Standardbreds who raced at Saratoga Harness at any time during their career. The ceremony will begin at approximately 11:30 a.m.
