Columbus, OH – A retired Standardbred racehorse, who was adopted by the New York City Police Department in 2020, assisted in the apprehension of a thief last week in Manhattan.

Kelly, who was rescued from slaughter, caught up to a burglary suspect after a chase through the city streets.
