Greenville, OH – Alan Gene Riegle, 78, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Oct. 19, 2026, at Wayne Healthcare, Greenville, Ohio.
Alan was born Sept. 17, 1948, in Greenville, Ohio, the son of the late Grant Eugene and Martha (née Arnett) Riegle.
He was a horse trainer and driver along with his dad. He enjoyed woodworking, repairing things, and gardening.
Alan was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Linda Sue Zumbrum; and his brother-in-law, Richard Huff.
He is survived by his wife, Linda J. (née Lee) Riegle; his son, Cary Riegle; his daughter, Nicole (Aaron) Lewis; his brother, Bruce (Karen) Riegle; his sister, Tami Huff; his brother-in-law, Tracy Zumbrum; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Private services for Alan will take place at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio.
