La Miki N was used hard in a determined bid to make the lead in a contested :26.3 opening quarter, did so, and then held sway the rest of the way to win the $14,000 featured distaff pace for developing younger horses Friday (Aug. 7) afternoon at Harrah’s Philadelphia.

HHYF’s Royal Attire Retired at 21-Years-Old
The Harness Horse Youth Foundation (HHYF) spent the summer traveling and conducting programs to teach kids about harness racing in Indiana, Ohio, New Jersey, and New York. At the conclusion of the Gaitway Farm program on Tuesday, (Aug. 4), the 21-year-old standardbred gelding Royal Attire made his final rounds as an accomplished ambassador for harness racing.
