The male pacer Ante Up Hanover and the female trotter Little Town Road, both 2023 Pennsylvania Fair Sire Stakes Championship race winners, were the speed stars during the meeting on Sunday (Sept. 15) and Monday (Sept. 16) at Gratz in east-central Pennsylvania, the next-to-last stop on the circuit this year. They go at Bloomsburg on Friday (Sept. 20) and Saturday (Sept. 21) at 11 a.m.

Rose blooms, Gingras wins four Commonwealth Series finals at The Red Mile
On Monday (Sept. 16) The Red Mile hosted six $100,000 Kentucky Commonwealth Series finals for freshman and sophomores on both gaits as well as each sex. Pennsylvania champion Rose made her return to the Bluegrass a winning one in the event for 2-year-old filly pacers. Yannick Gingras drove four of the six Commonwealth winners on the 17-race card.
