Chantilly, Canada’s reigning Horse of the Year, set a career best 1:49.4 mark while easily besting a field of 10 in the lone C$140,000 Ontario Sires Stakes (OSS) Gold Series event for 3-year-old pacing fillies on Saturday (May 24) at Woodbine Mohawk Park. It was the first OSS Gold event of 2025.

USTA to enforce reciprocal suspension following AGCO ruling against trainer Jeffrey Gillis
The United States Trotting Association (USTA) has been formally notified of the 10-year suspension and $40,000 fine issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) to Standardbred trainer Jeffrey Gillis. The AGCO found that Mr. Gillis engaged in serious violations, including the acquisition of prohibited performance-enhancing substances.
