Blue Hunt sells for $120,500 Friday at onGait.com

Boca Raton, FL — Blue Hunt p,3,Q1:51s, a 3-year-old son of Huntsville, brought a winning bid of $120,500 from Deb Daguet on Friday afternoon at onGait.com.

Consigned by Alek Chartrand for partners United Process Control Company and Erica Chartrand, Blue Hunt has been one of the top colts on the New York Sire Stakes circuit, earning over $232,000 at ages 2 and 3.

Currently in the auction ring are Go Long Katie 3,1:56.4h, a 3-year-old Long Tom stakes winner in Ohio; Corn Flakes, a 2-year-old son of Captain Crunch race timed in 1:53.4f for the Nancy Takter barn; All Gas No Brakes 4,1:55.2f-’23, racing in Ohio for Greg Luther; and Helpfull Princess 3,1:54.2s-’23, a daughter of Helpisontheway with two straight wins at Hoosier.

Established in 2001, onGait has sold over $100 million in racehorses, yearlings and breeding stock in the past 18 months and is coming off a record-breaking August.
