Sacramento, CA — A $150 nomination fee for foals of 2022 is due by July 1 to be eligible for the California Sires Stakes program.

Also, sustaining fees of $250 are due for foals of 2021 by July 1.

Two-year-old sustaining payments have no grace period and must be postmarked no later than July 1. Yearling nomination fees may be paid after July 1 with a higher payment of $300 due by Dec. 31.

Foals of DHA stallions who registered in the year of breeding with the Sires Stakes program are eligible. Stallions from California, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Maine, Michigan and Alberta who are registered within their own state/province are eligible.
