Carter dominates Tuesday at Rosecroft

Ft. Washington, MD — William Carter won early and often on the Tuesday night (Feb. 20) card at Rosecroft, winning four races on the night and bringing serious coin to his backers.

The 19-year old Carter won three straight races after 20-year old Justin Walters won the opener with Lady Harbro for Leonard Hubbard and trainer Basil Sapienza.
