Randy Miles Williams, Sr., age 69, of Pataskala, passed away on Friday, November 21, 2025 at his home. He was born September 6, 1956 in Newark, Ohio to the late Marvin “Shorty” and Anna Mae (Allen) Williams. His wife Karen, now retired, was a long-time employee of the U.S. Trotting Association.
